Are you looking for community within a held space?  

LGBTQ+ No matter what your letter is - you are welcome here! My preferred pronouns are my name: Vassiliki and Vassiliki's - what are yours? 

You are welcome here and  you are not an imposition.  I am mindful to create an environment low in stimuli - I do not talk over music during classes, the lighting is soft and specific directions are given repeatedly as required.  You can let me know in private about any sensitivities. 

Do you bring what we call in kundalini global yoga "a tall, dark history"?  This trauma informed yoga style is designed to make you feel  safe enough to take it on. You are not alone, and you are welcome here! Please talk to me beforehand if you have a mental condition that I should be aware of. 

Unfortunately, currently I cannot offer you body therapies or classes if you are having an acute episode or if you are actively using substances. 

If you are a disabled person, I will try to tailor my body therapies as well as my classes to your needs. Please contact me beforehand so we can talk about your requirements. Whatever your needs - you are welcome here! 

Let me put this out there: I am the living, dancing and laughing proof that you don't need to let body image issues, neurodiversity, queerness, trauma and / or migration history, and mostly, ignorant bigots, ruin your fun!
